I haven't been a member of a forum in years! Not even sure how these things work anymore! Thought I open a topic and just say Hi to everyone! I guess this is the part where I start meeting people? One of the reason why I found myself here is because I want to date outside my race. I've dated a couple of people outside my ethnicity, but its so limited. Its so hard to date other race when everyone rather stick to their own kind! I'm really into Caucasian females, but it seems like where i live not many prefer dating asian guys. There are some but its so limited. I told myself I need to travel more, maybe then ill meet the one. XD Any wais! HIII!

Welcome to the forum! Overall this is a pretty good place, some great gals on this site! I've done quite a bit of traveling myself since joining, so if you're open to it, you'll have a great time and go many places!

Well I've been on this site for 25 days now, and it's 4am in the morning, and I can't sleep, so I may as well introduce myself! However, some of you I have already met, I guess I started dishing out my opinion on random topics before I even got around to saying, hi, I'm Amelia...

The older I get the harder I think it becomes to summarise who I am, hence my profile page is pretty blank! As Aristotle said, "The more you know, the more you know you don't know." Although I'm sure that sounded better in Greek.

I'd like to think I'm an optimistic person and I generally try to see the best in people and the world. When I was around 18 I was studying a literature unit on romanticism and realism, and I was the only 'romantic' in a class of Arts students. However, when I went through an epic break up I ended up in the university bar having a drink with my professor and claiming I didn't think I could hold onto my romantic ideals anymore. She told me that optimism is a conscious choice, and sometimes it's a choice you have to keep on making. So from that day forth I kept deciding to see the glass half full.

I am married, but the desire to meet new people or explore the world doesn't end when you get married. I'd love nothing more than to exchange messages and stories with interesting people so don't hesitate to start a conversation with me. I prefer the middle of conversations by the way, getting all deep and meaningful, or random, anything that is stimulating.

Then there are the basics:

Current job: Full time tutor (self-employed)
Stuff I do regularly: Cycling, dancing, exploring, video editing, running a weight loss club
Stuff I like to do: Anything active (I spend too much time on the computer already!)
